Sunday Turf 1sts – ECA McLeod Shield Premiers for 25/26

In somewhat bizarre circumstances, the Sunday Turf 1sts were awarded the premiership after their opposition was disqualified for fielding a banned player under an assumed name for their semi-final.

Not to take anything away from the boys as the team was well-set having put a good target in front of their opposition and were confident of a victory even without the disqualification.

Well-done, fellas.

In lieu of a well-earned victory at the ground they gathered at one of the player’s houses for a celebratory BBQ.
